What we accept...

At this time we accept PayPal, or credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, etc.) via PayPal only.  No other payment methods will be accepted under any circumstances.  If you are unable to pay via PayPal, please kindly refrain from bidding / purchasing.

Payment for all items is due within 24-hours after the end of auction.

Additionally, payment is due immediately for buyers opting to use "Buy It Now".  If you are unable to pay for an item within the above mentioned timeframe, please kindly refrain from bidding / purchasing. 

If you win an auction and do not pay for the item within the given timeframe, the item will be relisted and negative feedback will be left.

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added for buyer's who live in California.

Payment normally needs 1-3 business days to process (except weekends or holiday), which depends on your payment method.  We will ship out your item(s) immediately once payment has cleared in our system.

     
  Shipment Details
     

Shipping service is one of the most vital parts of our business. 

That is the reason we pay the most attention to our packages when our warehouses prepare to pack the item(s). Our shipping department has many years of shipping experience with UPS, Fed Ex & USPS.

We will ship to PayPal CONFIRMED addresses only - no exceptions.

Normally, an item will be sent out the same business day after payment is cleared (except weekend or holiday), delivery may take between 3-10 business days for U.S. customers, depending on shipping method and buyer’s destination. Buyer's in Alaska & Hawaii may experience an additional day or two delay. 

We ship to the United States only (including Alaska & Hawaii) - NO international shipments, sorry.

Packing quality is guaranteed!

Your shipment will be packed with sufficient packing materials to avoid damage in transit. We do double check and test all items before we ship them out. Nothing would feel worse than receiving a broken or defective item, however, if you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately by sending an email to paul@proven2sell.com.

     
  Return Policy
     

Buyer's satisfaction is our top priority!

However, all auction sales are final. We can only issue a refund or an exchange for defective / damaged items or if an incorrect item was shipped within 30 Days of your purchase.

Shipping & Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

From time to time a Back Order may happen (this is a very rare occurrence) due to the delay of the shipment from suppliers or wrong shipment received, etc. Therefore, if a Back Order happens, our customer service representative will email you about this issue to your eBay registered email. We will fully refund (the amount that we received) to your account (your original payment method) within 2 business days of your request.
